Ordered delivery and multiple items were wrong and I was missing a whole meal.
After contacting the business and a few phone calls they offered to re delivered the missed food meal and incorrect meal. And apologized for any inconvenience
I appreciate them making the extra effort to Make it right.
The wonton soup was my favourite so far and I appreciate them going above and beyond. They re made the whole order plus added salad rolls and delivered it!

Golden Bell Special pho smelled and tasted great compared to other restaurants, where their pho soup doesn't really have any aromatics.
The bun bo hue had a great flavour profile it was a bit empty inside but it was thanksgiving. It was a good price for the meal overall. Staff were nice, friendly, and fast.

This is a weird one… The water here has an aftertaste that was in all the food and drinks (ice). The shrimp rolls and accompanying peanut sauce were bland and almost overcooked. The chicken peanut sate pho was sparse on chicken, was mostly salty and lacked depth of peanut, sate, or bone broth flavours.
Additionally the banter between the young staff included raised voices and colourful language.
With the high quality Vietnamese restos in YYC, this place doesn’t compete.

Food was good, service was great, but I also left my wallet there and they held onto it for me! Greatly appreciate it!!
Squid batter was brown and bitter from the burnt oil that was used to fry. Satay soup tasted nothing like it . Too bad , as it used to be our favourite restaurant for many years. Service is good, place is clean but lately the food shows lack of love from the chef

VERY dirty! Everything!!!!! Walls have food on them at the booths. Had to ask to have sauces on the table switched out as they were disgusting. They brought ones that were also gross. Table sticky. Bathrooms are very old, doors barely close etc. place needs a deep clean and a reno. I came at a very QUIET time, and the staff should be cleaning when its slow. Dish was OK- not great. Will not be back!

My first time eating Vietnamese food. I'm half way through the coconut curry rice stir fry and I'm pretty sure this is the tastiest meal I've ever had. (Better than Thai street food which was the tastiest before this. The crew & service here is so nice and the atmosphere is, well, you need to experience it for yourself.
