Golden Bell Saigon Restaurant

When the were open they were awesome. Today I dropped by and there is a for lease sign on the windows.

The food is always delicious. We have been coming here for years and look forward to ordering for many years to come. Yum!

Love this place. I used to order pho from all over the place. Anywhere and everywhere until I started to order from golden bell. Now we don’t order from anywhere else. There spicy peanut satay soup is fantastic. And the quality is always consistent.

Time is WRONG on both Google and their own business hours! Says it closes at 9 pm on Google and 9:30 pm on their door but it was closed and we had to turn back.

Food has gone downhill . The greed has gone to a new low 0.50 for a tiny hot sauce that should be included as I was not ordering an extra sauce..Last time I checked you do not charge that for dine in. I called them after it was delivered from Skip the Dishes and they said it is to cover the cost of the container !!! WHat! Okay. So my meal was bland as I did not get the sauce they didn't even have the courtesy to call and give me the option to pay for it. The food was also old and cold..The spring rolls are half the size and higher priced?. Shame as it used to be my fave place. I am noticing this more and more Covid-19 is no excuse to make sub par food and cut corners as customers do catch on. I have been a customer for over 10 years... WILL not be back to nickel and dime your customers is a real turn off.100%

I've eaten here multiple times before and the food is fine. However I can't say the same for their service. Apparently they have incorrect operating hours on the door front entrance and on Google maps. I made my way there from a 60 minute transit commute after work just to find out they were closing. Instead of taking responsibility for their error they advised me to go to any of their other locations. What they didn't realize was that I was already at their store by the time I learned about their falsely advertised operating hours. Their actions have turned a loyal customer into a detractor. Unfortunately, the way they handled this issue is why I'm no longer coming back. What a waste of time and energy.Google maps says 9pm closing time Mon - Fri. Be warned, this is incorrect. They close at 8pm with dine-in ending earlier.
