Friendly and patience while I was deciding what to get for takeout. I ordered the salted egg shrimp, salt and pepper eggplant and flat noodles beef stir fry. Nice portion size and not greasy or salty. Will definitely be going back.

Whoever cooked the food on Feb 21 in the evening did an absolutely unreal job. Definitely the best Chinese food I have had in a long while. I got chicken balls, chicken fried rice, mixed vegetables, and a spring roll. Highly recommend 🙌

It's always refreshing finding a restaurant that gives you both good food, and great pricing. Great wonton soup, ordered a small and it's perfect for a quick snack without making a dent in the wallet. Even the large is well priced! Front counter staff was friendly and happy to answer any questions. Keep up the good work!

This place literally saved our Christmas! Open, friendly and fresh.
The value for the price is in the photos. Large portions and then some. The taste was crisp, fresh and light. The fried rice was fluffy and veggies were plentiful. The ginger squid was breaded, gingery and firm but not chewy. Ginger beer (my Dad says) was delicious. The noodles were not oily and cooked to perfection.
When you find a spot that focuses on food and customer service you know you found a good one.

Pretty disappointed with the quality of the food from the new management. Beef quality of the ginger beef was not very good, some pieces were inedible. The combo for two used to include wonton soup, spring rolls, and choice of two entrees. No soup, no spring rolls, and It's been changed to no choice, ginger beef and stir fry vegetables. All of which were the cheapest you can buy and overcooked. Frankly everything was just bland too, no seasoning or spice anywhere in any of the dishes.
Our order wasn't taken properly, we ended up with two extra entrees they expected us to pay for without some kind of remedy, one of them beef and broccoli, the beef was soggy and had zero color, it's like it was boiled. I really wanted to like the food and was excited to hear the new owner had 14 years of running and owning restaurants, it does not show in the quality.
This used to be our favorite local chinese spot, but given that experience we will not be ordering again.
Excellent, fresh...the ginger beef was light and spicy, the squid and prawns cooked perfectly. Will definitely visit again.

Delightful old-fashioned neighbourhood Chinese restaurant. Food was delicious, excellent spicy hot & sour soup, fresh and tasty chicken and beef dishes. I think they were a bit surprised we wanted to eat in, but were super accommodating and terrific with service. The menu warned that food might contain MSG but they were happy to make it without -- and the cook actually came out to make sure that it still tasted okay, which was thoroughly charming. Portions were very generous, great value for the price. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I ordered 6 dishes and to my surprise, they cost me only 87 bucks. And they all tasted dang good! I couldn't believe it! Considering everything is so damn expensive in Canada, this restaurant is a hidden gem. I highly recommend this place.
