The staff are really patient and friendly. I have ordered a lot of different kinds of tea and they're all good. I like how the straws are compostable but as strong as plastic straws. They even read the ingredients in pearls and let me read them to check if there is gelatin, which most don't have. I'm a vegetarian. I am pretty sure I saw something about how they also have dairy free replacements/options for those who don't eat diary.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The drinks were so good! We will be back.
The taste is really good. They have tea options. lot of smoothies shakes. I would suggest at least you should visit once and you will be loved it The tea and shakes . Staff are friendly and kind

I ordered thru doordash in this restaurant. I ordered 2 drinks 1 milk tea and 1 taro. Im expecting to receive 2 drinks. Unfortunately, they only send 1 drink. They could have call me and tell me that the other drink is not available or sold out so we could replace it thats anything available thats COMMON SENSE instead of sending just 1 drink. You can easily contact us or even the doordash or even the courier driver can message us.

A nice little Gong Cha bubble tea shop in Lincoln Park. Great spot to pick up a tasty and well prepared boba drink. Friendly staff and a big parking lot outside. The usual menu but be sure to check out the egg waffles! They're delicious
