When my family went there we were invited to esteemed workers that were very reliable. The bubble tea and waffles were extremely good and well prepared aswell.

The guys kept me waiting for my order. Instead kept taking orders over the phone and preparing for them even though they were not in the store yet. I kept waiting for my big order for 15-20 mins and upon asking he said it will take some more time since its not ready. Wouldn’t come here again and wouldn’t recommend if you want to have your order ready by the time you come to the store.

Went in today with my girlfriend and ordered a croffle. We were the only 2 customers in the store during our visit, and my girlfriend got her tea right away, however, we ended up waiting over 15 minutes for the croffle for some reason. I kept looking at the back and could see the 2 workers were just sitting on their phones and not working. Finally, the girl noticed me waiting at the counter after 15 minutes and seemed panicked, as if she forgot about the croffle. She then served it to me and it was BLACK, burned to a crisp, obviously forgotten about while it was cooking. It was obvious it was not edible as it was charred, but she served it anyway.

What a great fruit tea , I had mango yogurt smoothie, It is so good also great service by carlos and jacob. I highly recommend everyone to try that out !
