Gong Cha Shawnessy

I’m a usual customer of Gongcha especially in Shawville, I was impressed by the service of the staff there today. I happened to get there at 7.56 pm, couldn’t resist a cup of my favorite drink after work. It was Mr Felix and one other guy whose name I couldn’t catch who were working that time. They were so pleasant and welcoming even at the closing time. So happy to see people enjoy their work and satisfy their customers.

My favourite Gong Cha to visit in Calgary for sure!!! Love how homey it feels :). The art and decor are all so cute!!!

I recently visited this Gong Cha and what stood out to me immediately was how friendly and welcoming the staff were at this location. The ambience is cute and warm, perfect for hanging out or studying. I ordered the bubble waffle, and it was absolutely delicious! Overall, this is a great spot for bubble tea and a cozy place to relax with friends. Highly recommend!

My go-to bubble tea place in the South! You must also get the egg waffles as they are consistently crispy and fresh. The staff are not only friendly but also efficient and ensure quick service every time. I also love the charming decorations throughout the store, which add a cute touch every time I visit!

This is the second time I ordered One large dirty brown sugar and medium pearl milk and they kept giving me both mediums, when I said “Did I ordered both medium, I remembered mentioning large for dirty brown sugar, can I just pay the difference and please upgrade it to large then lady said they are not charging for difference, she needs to enter new order for Large and Inhave to pay the whole amount?
I stopped giving tip becoz service is disappointing

After i bought 3 drinks and 2 bubble waffles, and handed us all of our stuff, and I only have 2 hands trying to juggle everything, I asked for a bag, which I thought was free, which was free before, they then surprised us with saying it’s 25 cents. They should’ve noted that prior to cashing me out. So I had to figure out how to juggle everything, while they just stood there

Was my favourite place, went in today received wrong drink. Once they realized it was a wrong drink I got an apology but didn’t offer my right drink. The drink was only half made with a very sweet tea - not a juice. When asked about the menu workers didn’t know the menu itself. When drinking the beverage it in fact made us both physically sick. Unfortunately Terrible service by all three team workers won’t be back.

Absolutely the best bubble tea place around, and it’s all because of the amazing employees! Every time I walk in I feel welcomed, and the staff always make an effort to get to know me. Honestly, you can’t beat this place. Also, the drinks and food are always perfect!

Second GongCha we find in Calgary. This one is bigger and has croffles! Waffleized Croissants ? great atmosphere with J-pop and hand drawn manga stickies ? Strawberry coconut with mango pearls mmmm....
