My 9 year old grandson fell in love with your white bread while on a visit from Ontario last summer…his absolute favourite thing to eat…but unfortunately his mom couldn’t get it for him at home. Fast forward to Christmas last year..,I actually brought him a loaf from Calgary..,he was ecstatic…his words…Best present ever…;) They are coming again this summer and I’ll be stocking up!
Everything we have tried so far has been amazing, and the customers service can not be beat! Cinnamon buns, chocolate croissant, bagels, hot cross buns. Soooo good. Can not wait to be back in Calgary & try more!
I hesitate giving an awesome review because I want to keep this amazing bakery a secret...... but then on the flip side I can't help but share our experiences because they have been outstanding!!!!The brioche hot dog and hamburger buns are the best we have ever had.... the pizzas are definworth a try and our favorite are the frozen cherry Danish with greek yogurt. So happy to have this bakery near us. Definitely a favorite place in our world of baked goods!!!
Delicious pastries with good coffee. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The only negative thing I can say is I’m worried about how much money I’m going to spend here! Delicious! Had the ham & Gruyère croissant, caramel cheesecake and jalapeño cheddar bagels. Can’t wait to try literally everything else.
So good!!! I’ve been here twice and everything I’ve tried has been excellent. The bagels are my favourite. The jalapeño cheese bagel is an entire meal in itself. The bagels are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. And for $1.25 each??? You can’t beat it. I’ve also tried the cruffins which are excellent - very generous with the filling and surprisingly not overly sweet. I also tried the cinnamon bun today and it definitely needed 15 sec in the microwave to moisten it up a little but then it was excellent, the cream cheese icing is perfect!!! Definitely recommend this place, high quality products at a super fair price!
This bakery is incredible! The staff is very helpful, the selection is massive and all the items are DELICIOUS! Highly recommend
Update - Have to say after my recent review and talking to the owner, who is a very nice lady, they have more than redeemed themselves! She went above and beyond in providing a care package to sample a small variety of their products and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Went a little earlier in the day so there was a lot more on offer and the place was busy. Probably half a dozen people at the counter with another dozen or so seated at the tables keeping the team behind the counter moving to say the least. Picked up a couple of extra cookies too. The quiche was no longer soggy, especially after spending a little time in the toaster oven as now recommended by the accompanying instructions. It still tasted good, "a little more eggy" one person commented to me, as it is done in a slightly different style than usual and is something I quite like as it's not as dense. The same was true for the bagels which although firm and toasted up nicely were not as heavy or dense as some others, having more of a fluffy bread feel to them. Have to say the raisin and also the poppy seed were very good. The sliced loaf was surprising as it was light and delicate, and I thought would fall to pieces quite easily but was happy to be wrong. Makes me wonder what some of their other breads are like as I know the ciabatta is good too. I have no idea what the names of the two pasties are but they were both very good accompaniments to a coffee. One had a layer of fresh cream and Jam and some very flaky pastry, while the other had more of a donut consistency being made with chocolate, containing pieces of chocolate and some chocolate cream... Unfortunately I never got to try my cookies as they were purloined by someone for a coffee morning but I was assured that they were very good indeed. Still a good reason to go back!
Bought some of the frozen take and bake croissants. They were, by far, the best I have ever had. Buttery and flakey - better than my memories of croissants while in France. So far, everything we have tried is outstanding.

Everything we’ve had from this bakery is incredible . Hands down one of the best bakeries in the city of Calgary! If you have not tried one of their loaves of bread or pastries you’re truly missing out . Their “daily bread “ and jalapeño cheese bagels are outta this world . I guarantee you try either , you will be back for more !
This is a new bakery and it is definitely worth trying out. We have tried the bagels, croissants, cheese scrolls, sour grain light rye bread and the chocolate Christmas tree. All were amazingly delicious. I will be going back again this week for more goodies.
