Absolutely wonderful! Love that there is mac & cheese on the menu along with a good variety of other food, everything tastes excellent!

Absolutely love how Good Earth operates — where else can you pay twice for the same order and get told it’s not their problem? Genius, really. I mean, most places would feel bad charging a customer $36 for a $16 order, especially when nothing was wasted. But not Good Earth — they boldly take the money and pass the blame to Uber.

Forget customer service. This is performance art. A masterclass in how to turn a small mistake into a complete ethical failure — and somehow act like you’re the victim. If you’re looking for coffee served with a side of moral bankruptcy, look no further. Good Earth delivers. Twice. And bills you for both.

Very disappointing experience at the Downtown Eastside location.
I went in today and asked politely to use the washroom, mentioning I’d make a purchase afterward. While I was using it, a staff member came and tried to open the door, saying another customer needed it—even though I was already inside.

I still went ahead to buy something, but she ignored me at the counter and was extremely rude. As I left, she yelled at me from the window. When I went back in to ask why, she started being verbally abusive and told me I’m no longer allowed there.

I’ve never had issues at other locations, but this kind of behavior from staff is unacceptable. Hope the management addresses this properly.

Hey Good Earth Team! I would just like to share my experience in this branch. It happened today May 6, Thursday around 5:00-5:45 PM.

I have always loved Good Earth for its service and quality but today I have experience a bad interaction with one of the barista (She is a woman with a long black hair, I didn’t get her name but I believed she is from Ukraine/Europe)

I requested for a washroom access (which is for customers only and I am well aware of it). She has been very unpleasant and rude which is very uncalled for, I told her that I am purchasing but I needed to use it quickly first. She gave me an eye roll then proceeded in providing the washroom code with a harsh tone.

I was surprised by her reaction and a little disappointed. I have worked as a Barista when I was in university before but never ever gave a negative attitude towards our customers.

Hopefully she get coaching on her customer service skills because it really will negatively impact Good Earth customers’ satisfactory and sales.

Waited 15 minutes for the wrong food items

I tried their pumpkin spice latte, unfortunately the syrup was as if mixed with perfume, the decorations are not the service of the staff, the girl from Ukraine was very nice

Awe some place to hang out and chillax... The atmosphere is great... Lots of windows let in the sun... Comfortable cushions and chairs make it an easy place to sit and while a way the hours studying, doing re search, reading... The staff is friendly and friendly with my service ?‍? dog Cooper too... The horchata chai served hot is spicy and warming now that autumn has arrived... The food is all so fantastic... The croque monsieur is an incredible sand wich absolutely loaded with gooey cheeses and ham... The lemon smoosh is light and lemony with frosted creamed cheese... And the ginger cookie ? is incredible... Not too sweet and with a healthy taste of molasses... I all so re commend the macaroni and cheese ?!

Our daily breakfast stop during our trip to Calgary. We kept going back for our power bowl to fuel up for our day. Great service! Friendly staff and just a few steps from our hotel.

Excellent coffee, great service, and beautiful interior decor! This is my go to place. It is perfect for catching up on some work. Lots of outlets available for laptop and reliable wifi. Bright natural lighting with good seating. Not usually crowded.

They make an excellent iced coffee and iced latte. Smooth with good aroma, not bitter, and very creamy. The manager Bashir and Behkel are very friendly as well!
