I wanted to give a quick thank you to the team at Good Earth ICT!
Time and again we host events on campus and they’ve shown genuine interest in supporting our efforts to provide meaningful experiences for students. Most recently, with “Mind Matters”, an event focused on mental health and wellness, Elisa and her team kindly reached out and supplied hot chocolate for attendees to enjoy. Their kind gesture helped us show to students that it's okay to slow down and make time for themselves.
On an individual note, Good Earth has been my go-to coffee spot on campus for years now and with good reason. The team is always beyond friendly, efficient, and passionate about what they do. Everyone has great direction, and they're always a pleasure to connect with!

We've had the pleasure of working with Elisa and her team at Good Earth for nearly a year now. They have been so generous in supporting our cause and without them, our efforts on campus to provide meals to students in need would not be possible. Elisa puts an incredible amount of effort into giving back to the community and is genuinely passionate about the food and drinks that are served and never compromises on quality. We are so grateful for this partnership and look forward to continuing to work with them!

If every GE was like this one, I would not think twice about going to any other coffee shop in this city. The staff is nothing but kind, and they always have good drink recommendations when I'm indecisive, I recommend asking when stuck. They gave me a really awesome one for my birthday! (required ID to be shown).
I really appreciate the staff there and big shout out to Elizabeth (Elisa?) for the quick and funny chats. 5/5 experience and I love grabbing a drink and studying close by.

Our organisation has had the pleasure of working with Elisa and the staff at ICT for the past 2 years. The philanthropy extended to us has truly made our community out-reach even more successful both here on campus and in the larger Calgary community. Not only are their iced coffees & beetroot muffins phenomenal, the kindness keeps us coming back. The Good Earth Coffeehouse at UCalgary ICT has been a supporter of food security initiatives on campus, including a weekly coffee donation to the Campus Food Hub! Elisa, the owner, took the lead on making this donation and supporting in the early days of the food hub.
I had the best experience at this café.
Elisa’s warmth, passion, and professionalism really stood out.
The baristas were kind, and they make the best flat white in Calgary.

These people are amazing. They are always ready to serve you a high-quality coffee, even if you forget to place a big order in advance. They are also very empathetic and somehow manage to make you feel better the moment you order your coffee.

Consistently rude behaviour from the cashier. very disappointing!
UPDATE: The response I got was about espresso, which I’ve never even ordered (see attached photo of my recent orders). This seems to be their tactic, ignoring the actual complaint and MAKING UP A STORY to shift the blame instead of addressing the rude service. You need to do better!

Very good experience, the staff and the owner Elisa is very nice and friendly, great location for a quick visit,sometimes I can see them doing maintenance in the weekends, they are really doing great work and putting love into this coffeehouse. The food is delicious and fresh, I got cookies and chicken wraps, I ate them so quickly and almost forgot to take a picture. lol , there are many other choices I’d love to try!
