Great baristas (Liv and M.T)/love their blueberry bran muffins and white chocolate scones/a very good iced Americano. I like this place👍⭐️

Matcha latte
Light green, tasted like nothing. The milk was too watery. I would never recommend this to anyone. I'm pretty sure the barista did their best to justify the bad recipe and ingredient quality.

I generally enjoy Good Earth Crowfoot. It is a busier location and sometimes there is a wait. The other day, however, there was one person who was taking orders, getting food together and making all the drinks. This made everything take longer especially if the staff person was trying to practice good sanitary measures. Meanwhile, three other staff stood in the internal doorway to the back of the store laughing and visiting.

Given that there were line ups and tables needing some cleaning, it seemed very odd that these three staff people visiting and laughing was the priority. If I owned that franchise, I would not be happy to see that. Also, the prices at Good Earth are high. If only one employee is going to do all work, then why pay the other three and inflate the prices to cover the cost of their visiting. Or if they are in break, go fully into the back area out of sight.

The one person working was doing a great job - likely the most junior on the crew. I didn't find anything wrong with his efforts. The other three (some a bit older) laughing and joking and ignoring the store business - really unprofessional and showing no respect to customers or the prices they pay.

Consider a different policy that at least 1/2 the store staff is actually working, not visibly visiting. Or drop prices and let the other 1/2 go.

Great place for meeting someone for coffee. Lots of parking. The baked goods selection was great. Nice open atmosphere.

Parking: Lots of parking spots in the lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: it is Wheel chair accessible but there is not a lot of room inside the cafe.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Staff is insanely rude. They got the order wrong and then berated my mom about wearing a mask (she has cancer so is careful out in public)

HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! RUDE! DISRESPECTED! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN EVER!!!! I vomitted three times in the washroom due to the bad coffee and old cream and had only taken two sips of it!!! I spoke directly with the owner and manager and asked if he would kindly exchange for a cup of tea and he waved me away with his hand and refused. I asked for my money back and he again refused despite us spending over $35 for lunch!!! There was no empathy or apology. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING as this was our first time there and our last!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The disparity between this location and other Good Earths is actually staggering. It’s begging for a renovation, or even new furniture. I had to move chairs because it rocked side to side, there was a tile loose, it’s bad.

The food all looked freshly made, and the barista who helped me was super friendly. Coffee pretty bitter (just a whole milk latte) but the scone was decent.

Quiet atmosphere in the morning and the customer service was nice, but the coffee does not taste very good especially for the price I paid. I’m not a picky coffee drinker but this one was very bitter and over brewed.

The coffee taste is ok, but the staff is very rude. I was afraid to order coffee after seeing her angry face.
