I’ve heard stories about this place but I decided to go anyways. The male barista is very rude talks to you in an aggressive tone and treats you like he is doing you a favor. I asked him for a recommendation and he poured a random coffee and gave it to me without asking, confirming or saying anything. The tone and his facial expressions make the atmosphere feel heavy. He stood to his reputation.

Came in on a Saturday, the food and coffee was good but the barista completely brushed off my smalltalk. I wasn't trying to hit on her, just pointed out that I used to work at a Good Earth too.

Service was absolutely terrible. We got an iced drink and it had no ice in it and when ordering the cashier gave us so much sass, he rolled his eyes multiple times, its not like we were ordering an off menu item either, we just ordered from the menu that they had up. The place is empty and I can see why, especially when they treat their customers with so much disrespect. And when I asked for the name of the man who treated us so poorly they kept asking why and after a bit more badgering they finally gave it to me. His name was Moe

Good Earth Cafe is a fantastic spot for coffee lovers! The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff are incredibly polite and professional—always greeting you with a smile. A special shoutout to Mo, who is truly kind and makes the experience even better.

I go there as it is close to my office and love their products. The salted caramel latte is to die for. I can't have enough of it. Good part is, you can ask them for decaf if you are looking for no caffeine option. Moe is one of the friendliest person who makes you feel like a million dollars. Highly recommend that you go and check it out yourself.
