Is this open to public? Like I'm not a patient or staff at foothills but wanna visit. Also are there options to dine in so I can grab coffee and quietly work on my laptop in the corner.
The customer service could be improved — the staff appeared frustrated or impatient.

It's 50/50
Some nights it's fine and some it's not.
Night shift crew are not the friendliness or sometimes the most aware. I have had to speak up a few times while watching my drink order cuz they have almost or have used the wrong milk. I don't get soy cuz I'm trying to be trendy I just can't drink regular milk. It makes me very ill.
The care is not there and it makes me sad.

Terrible iced Chai, you pay $6 for legit just iced milk.
Terrible food ordered egg salad sandwich which was tasteless. Black Forest muffing is a disaster. Don’t recommend instead uber it.

Staffs here are very rude. From night evening shift to night shift of April 5, 2025. 3 men working on different shifts. The other one is playing Indian song loudly that he cannot even hear the guest waiting at the register/counter.
Terrible. I am waiting, being ignored while two of them are too busy stocking drinks to serve the only customer waiting. I asked to order something and one completely ignores me and the other goes to the back. So rude.

It's nice that there is something at the hospital but the food was the worst I have had at any Good Earth, I usually like good earth, but I had the driest crumbled up scone that made me choke cuz it turned into powder down my throat. I got the cheese broccoli scone and it isn't like a scone, the cheese was a singles cheese on top and the texture was just strange and tasted bit old. At the same time... Having something there is better than none, this is good for people waiting in emergency. It's not a place to go to obviously if you don't need to be .

I like Good Earth. I’ve had to drink their coffee across many different hospitals in the city. To all of a sudden not have decaf coffee options makes no sense… no drip fine… but no espresso which is just grind on demand!? Sorry but this decision is ridiculous
Flies buzzing around and landing on the pastries.
I am currently at emergency with my 5m/o son. I asked the women at good earth if they could please warm up my bottle of formula for my crying baby. (20seconds in the microwave). They gave me a disgusted look & immediately dismissed me, without guidance, or apologies. So, I waked to the other end of the hospital & found someone willing to help me.
By baby was hungry! We are all human! Do better!

It is very unfortunate that this is your only option. My hot beverage was served tepid at best and lacking flavor... I ordered a Chai. The croissant was dry and bland - I've had better from a grocery store. When I complained, I was told it is a Chai - to which I responded, it is not and its just steamed milk. The lovely gentleman remade my drink, but was reminded by the "drill Sargent" of how many pumps it should be... which is so degrading for both him and I. My personal fav, is the original person who made the drink and drill Sargent spoke about me in the corner... so that was a delight. Come on, you guys work at a hospital - do better.
