Dry, gross brownie.. coffee tastes stale. Shocking and I paid $17 for one coffee and two pastries. Will not be coming back. Please consider improving the quality of your products you sell.

They never have the scanner working, so you cannot actually use their app right away for collecting points you may get for buying somewhat expensive coffee and treats. Also, the place is constantly lacking whipping cream for the hot chocolate and advertised specialty drinks, so just stock your fridge, please.

Amazing food and coffee here, and the staff are very nice. But I think the pasteries are way too overpriced.

The posted hours say that they open at 8.00 am on Sunday, but today they did not open until 9.45.Easy to understand since the complex was quiet, but it makes it difficult to plan your day when you can't trust the posted information.

Always closed several hours earlier than thier posted hours.Edit. What have the weekend hours been changed to? I went on a Sunday at 6pm and was told they were already closed.

Bryce the person working there today was excellent. They are lucky to have such a on-the-ball person working for them.

Excellent staff the treat you very well. They genuinely seem to like working there, and the food is very good. My only complaint would be that the cookies in pastries etc seemed to be about 35% overpriced.

It is just OK. Staff not very fast for a coffee shop in a busy sports plex. Coffee is expensive for the sizes you get and the espresso was burnt. Should really work on the staffing model. When there is a large swim meet, fitness classes and other activity, should increase staff accordingly. By simply adding 1 person they we grow sales as people would not walk by when the see the long line up to order and the line of people waiting for drinks. Should have min of 4 staff on a sat morning when there is a swim meet.
