Went to Indigo for some stuff. Good earth coffeehouse is located inside indigo. They had constant orders coming their way but were managing it so nicely while only 2 people working on a weekend busy hours. It took few minutes to take my order as they were filling up for the previous one but as soon as the order was placed everything was promptly delivered.

While waiting to order I was able to explore their new summer drinks, so I decided to give it a shot. I ordered hot mocha and a Yuzu orange blossom tea sparkler.

To my surprise the drink from presentation to taste was amazing. I really enjoyed every sip of it. The place overall was busy but still tables were available to accommodate people. Overall a great experience.

New management at this location is stellar! Great service, remembered me even though I’ve only been in once or twice since they took over. I received my drink in record time, made correctly and at the right temperature.

Went to Good Earth to get an iced chai latte and it tasted like water with chai. Not to mention, I payed $7 for a drink that was 50% ice. Politely asked for another drink, and all they did was add two pumps of chai which tasted like the original drink. Would not recommend this location, although all the other Good Earth’s have not disappointed.

Delicious fresh and healthy muffins. Great coffee and tea. Some new cold drinks were very delicious. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Lots of other food and baked goods. Highly recommend.

I had a remarkable experience on May 24th. The item I mobile-ordered was out of stock. The two ladies who were working that day were very kind and accommodating. They were so joyful in their mannerisms and smiled throughout our whole interaction. They made my day!!Thank you so much!

Purchased 3 sandwiches, one sandwich had visible mold on it, was replaced with a different sandwich when asked. All sandwiches were not heated through even when asked. Muffin was dry. Food was bad.
Coffees tasted watered down and not hot enough. Would not come back to this place. Spend over $30 and threw out everything.

I will no longer support this location. Firstly, all employees i have seen there on my multiple trips are foreign subsidized workers. At a time when Canadian unemployment is high. Secondly, the drinks I have gotten have been barely lukewarm for tea. And over priced.

We ordered three iced drinks, one hot beverage and 3 cookies. The cookies I'm guessing are all predone and sold. They were ok. The drinks were unfortunately not great. The baristas were not warm or friendly. Over $30 for the above. 4 for atmosphere is really cute.

If I can rate 0, I would. My husband and I placed an order at this location through SkipTheDishes App last January 23. We ordered several things from them. All of them were EXPIRED. My husband had the Italian Deli Panini, he only took a bite and realized the odd taste from the sandwich. He contacted the customer service on Skip, and was refunded with the amount we paid for. He later had an apple fritter instead.

I thought nothing would go wrong after that. I ordered Classic Steak Panini Grilled Sandwich & Margherita Sandwich also ordered as grilled (which wasn't grilled when it got to me, but I just shrugged it off since my pregnancy craving is killing me). I was fine after eating them, I also ordered 2 Banana chocolate chip loaf which had 2 different actual sizes. Later that night, my husband and I started vomiting, and taking turns going to washroom. Mind you I AM CURRENTLY PREGNANT, and was scared to death for me and my baby's health. My mom had to call in sick to look after my two kids, because for heaven's sake. We were so sick that, if only our bathroom sink and toilet bowl can scream it would!!!!! My mom saw how bad the situation was and said that we were food poisoned.

The experience traumatized me and my family. It gave me anxiety attacks nights before my ultrasound. Thank God, we are safe and got through hell. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER AT ANY GOOD EARTH COFFEEHOUSE.
