The lady who is always here serving me is such an amazing person and she always is happy and smiling when she helps me. The GF peanut butter cheesecake was a treat and an awesome surprise. For being in the hospital they do an amazing job. Keep up the great work. I am amazed at some of the negative comments I’ve been here back and forth for quite some time and it’s always been above and beyond

I always remember Good Earth as having amazing mac & cheese. I remember having it at the old location in Glenmore Landing numerous times and always enjoying it. My wife was in the hospital for a procedure and I needed to kill some time so I stopped to grab some mac & cheese and it was a far cry from the old days. It was dry, flavorless and overpriced.

Latte was very over priced and sub-par. Frothed milk was like burnt milk with dish soap suds on top. Baristas need to learn basics especially how to froth milk properly.

Came here at 7:20pm when the store was closing at 8:00pm. The barista was cleaning the café when I had walked in. I asked if they were still open and she said that she was closing up. I had asked if it’d be possible to make a coffee and unfortunately, the barista seemed very inconvenienced by me when she rolled her eyes. I’m grateful that they still made the coffee for me within their hour of closing, but was definitely taken back by this reaction.

Didn’t get a thank you from the young lady who served me. When I thanked her, no response. Service 101.

Looks delicious, doesn’t it! Well it wasn’t. Don’t be fooled by the photo, the mac and cheese might have looked good but was so bland. Only flavour was from the 6 bits of bacon. Thought it’d be bigger considering I paid $10 for it. Overpriced & underwhelming :/

Used to give rewards on their app, not they just tell you it’s broken. Hospital sites it’s been broken for over a year. Staff say they just don’t want honor. Too expensive for no perks!

25 minutes!! It took 24 minutes for the minimum wage slave to give me a cup of coffee and a muffin. And he didn't wash his hands after touching my money and then

Extremely over priced and sub par food that hasn’t changed in 10 years. The portions keep getting smaller and the price higher. How can half a pre-made sandwich cost 4.50$? Price gouging at its finest. Good earth owner(s) should be ashamed.

My drinks were really good until I asked the older lady with short brown hair for no foam... she gave me a snarky comment, no smile, and my drink quality drastically dropped. It didn't taste the same as it had the several days in a row I got one, and she didn't fill the cup up.... really? Lol She needs an attitude adjustment. You work at a hospital, fake it if you have to or work somewhere else. Won't be back.

Just witnessed older woman with short brown hair berating another staff who was obviously new. The young staff repeatedly tried to get away from her to serve customers but was told to let them wait as he needed to learn NOW. Very rude and embarrassing behaviour to witness and goes against the image I have in my mind of good earth cafe. Nobody deserves to spend their days being belittled.
