Nate is just the sweetest human being you'll ever meet. This location is very lucky to have someone like him, keeping in mind that this is a hospital and the customers are potentially more stressed out that your average person.

I came to the Emergency Room with a large second degree burn down my leg. The ER waiting room attendant only offered those crack and shake ice packs which would only last 10 min max. My girlfriend went to Good Earth and asked if they could spare some ice, and they happily filled a grocery bag for us.To the gentlemen working cash that night (Feb 18, 2020. 430pmish) , I honestly want to thank him for giving my girlfriend that big bag of ice.
