The barista lack of brewing skill/ knowledge. First, she used pre-grind grounds, which means lack of freshness. Second, she tamped the ground weakly, that means the grounds were way too fine and made the espresso too bitter. Finally, she knocked the portafilter after her tamping, that damaged the ground and produced channels, which created unbalanced extraction.

Have been having their butter chicken since starting a job at an office across the street. All of my coworkers would make a lot of fuss about how good their butter chicken was, so eventually I decided to have some as well. And... I wasn't disappointed to say the least. That was 5 months ago, and by now I've probably had several dozen of their Thursday butter chickens
