Please support her business!! The food is spot on, the prices are affordable, and she’s such a nice lady. It’s a fusion of Vietnamese and sandwiches which makes it such a delightful experience. The spring rolls are so good, they remind me of the ones my mom makes and the sandwiches are enjoyable. Much better than subway! 11/10 :)

I ordered the ham and cheese and was pleasantly surprised that they added veggies and condiments to it (mayo and mustard) and it was amazing. Best I’ve had! Do yourself a favour and skip the subway and go here instead!
Absolute gem of a place. Couldn’t recommend this enough. Top tier quality, service, and price! By far the best Reuben I’ve ever had, hands down.

So I've been coming to this place for 20 years or so. Best clubhouse ever.Unfortunately it seems they have new owners. Went today and the mayo has been sitting out so long it had turned yellow. The cucumbers were just as bad, wilted at the edges, toast was barely toasted, and the bacon is pre-baked now instead of being cooked fresh on the fryer.Cost cutting abounds it seems :(

Staff were friendly and helpful when preparing my sandwich. The woman working the grill made our sandwiches with care and expertise, unlike at the Subway next door.The sandwich itself managed to hit the spot and the ingredients, although not complex, were fresh and tasteful. You’ll have lots of great veggies to choose from for a very affordable price!
