Definitely disappointed. Based on reviews I’d hoped the food would be better, but the sandwich and cheesecake I had weren’t great, especially considering how much they cost. The drinks were just okay. Service and atmosphere were great.

Gravity used to be really good! Great soups, sandwiches, quiches, and fresh baked goods. Something has changed over the past year or so. The food tastes mass produced and lacks the fresh flavor it once had. The last few visits have been disappointing.

Latte is really good but the baked goods are overcooked or burnt. They used to have the best cheese scones but the last few years they are dry and overcooked often burnt. The breakfast sandwich’s are cold and rubbery.
Lovely cozy atmosphere. Pleasant staff. We were delighted to come in from the cold and find live jazz playing. BUT the worst hot chocolate ever! Took 2 sips and had to leave it. Terribly disappointed. $5 for tepid milk with splash of light chocolate powder!

It's a great spot with excellent décor and a touch of humor in their menu that makes you smile. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The coffee, tea, and sandwiches were all quite fresh and well prepared. I’d love to come back when they have live music; it must be amazing in that atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting!
