Great Canadian Pizza & Donair Shawarma

I recently placed an order that included a Tandoori Pizza, Veggie Pizza, and Chicken Wings. Unfortunately, the entire experience was extremely disappointing, both in terms of food quality and customer service.
• The pizzas were overcooked and tasted burnt, making them unpleasant to eat.
• The chicken wings were worse — they had a strong, unpleasant odor similar to rotten meat and were completely inedible. This raised serious concerns about freshness and food safety.

Due to the poor quality, no one was able to eat the food, and the entire order was wasted.

When we called the restaurant to express our concerns, instead of listening and addressing the issue, one of the staff members tried to convince us that “this is how we make our wings,” dismissing our complaint entirely. That kind of response is not only unhelpful but also unacceptable when dealing with concerns related to potential food spoilage.

I had an extremely terrible experience with this restaurant. I placed an order through the Uber Eats app and had an item missing. We contacted the restaurant they said that they would send a replacement. We waited for one hour and they said that they are no longer able to fulfill their commitment. I am so extremely disappointed with this restaurant. If you are committing to something, complete that task. Do better.

We've had good food on previous occasions but sadly not this time. The service was very friendly but the food was a big disappointment. Ordered a combo special that came with 2 unlimited topping pizzas and wings. Ordered 5 toppings on one of them but only received 3 of the toppings. And of those toppings, there was BARELY any on the whole pizza not to mention hardly any sauce. The other pizza was correct but the same issue with virtually nothing on it. The wings had a slight drizzle of sauce but several got missed so they were basically plain. The scary part was when biting into a wing, discovered they were undercooked. Seeing the red blood around the bone ended that pretty quick. Checked the other wings to be sure and they were the same. Won't be returning.

$13 large special isn’t even a large. Allot of the toppings aren’t included in the deal for some reason. Tandoori chicken, bbq chicken donair meat, sweet sauce aren’t included to name just a few. They don’t give out bottles of ranch for some odd reason. Pizza that I ordered was a solid 7/10 so it was pretty decent for the price. The lady working was really sweet and kind and also very helpful so I can’t complain about her since she doesn’t make the rules.

Worst pizza i ever had , tasted like a frozen pizza from 7 eleven.

Amazing experience at this Pizza store. We had Harveen catering us with a very polite and accommodating attitude. The food tasted amazing and the service was quick! Overall it was a happy meal time!

Ordered on line last night. Watched the app from my updates, everything went well until I got to the store. Get to the store and they tell me then that they have not sweet sauce. And email or phone call would have been nice to inform me of this. There was no offer to compensate for a substitution. I won’t be going back to this store, very dishonest business practices.
