We booked Kuzina because it was one of only a few places near 17th Ave that we could find a table for a group of 6 on a Friday night with only a few days notice. The service was great and the food was pretty good, but not good enough that I'm planning to come back. Specifically, the ribs and chicken souvlaki I had were quite dry, and would have benefitted from a sauce on the side (maybe tzatziki?). Still a good meal and a great time with friends, though!
What I love at Kuzina: - Fantastic authentic Greek food, simple and fresh, just like at home (approved by Greeks :-) ) - Fresh ingredients flown in regularly from Greece, such as olives, cheeses, fish. Four Greek food-loving older adults picked this spot to try on a Saturday evening. There is parking in the back of the restaurant. The ambience does not "scream Greek" and the decor was subtle and contemporary. The overall service was good, although our young server seemed inexperienced and we could not hear what she was saying.
