I liked the new management team very much, they take care of their customers very well. The goat curry and butter chicken is my best from this Green Chili Restaurant. I frequently go to eat there whenever I want to eat something really delicious.

Nice restaurant for Indian & Nepali food. Restaurant has ample dinning area with tables, bar, washroom and parking. Great ambience curteous staff & clean washrooms. Food was great however not super spicy if thats what you are looking for. But people who love mild and medium spicy will love the taste. Lot of vegetarian options and options for kids they have soft and hard drinks. I liked the chai tea which is not too thick if thats what you are looking for. We tried Veg manchurian, hakka noodles, chilli paneer, veg momos, mango and sweet lassi, veg sewku which was the best its a sizzler type dish must try. Price wise its about average however certain dish like sewku were expensive to its quantity. Over all quantity was decent. Its worth trying out this restaurant. Green Chili is a fine restaurant in the Walden Business Center, Calgary SE, that serves Indian and Nepalese cuisines.I visited this restaurant, with my wife and son, on a week day afternoon, when we had an appointment with our financial adviser at Scotia bank, which is in the same mall.Among the three of us, we ordered three vegetarian combos.The quantity of food in one plate - rice, naans (a type of Indian bread,) vegetable curry, Dal/dhal (Lentil soup), and some fritters (potato, onion, or any edible item coated with chick flour batter and deep fried) was more than enough for one person.All the items were okay - nothing to complain about; however, all three of us enjoyed the delectable lentil soup (Dal) more than anything else.The sitting arrangements were comfortable, service was courteous and quick, and the atmosphere was great.We learnt that the person who served us was the owner of the restaurant. When we praised the extraordinary taste of the dal, he served us some more quantity of the delicious, mouthwatering soup, without charging anything extra.Since we live in the neighborhood, we will, definitely, visit again.
