We recently found this restaurant and have fallen in love with it. The people who run it are the sweetest and so kind. And they are especially kind to my sons. My youngest adores the man who serves us and was so happy when he remembered us despite only coming once before (this is our second visit in two months). If you want hot food in winter, visit here. The cleanliness was a little unsatisfactory, but the food was good.

Disappointing Satay Pho ExperienceI recently tried the Satay Pho at Ha Tien and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. The broth lacked the depth of flavor I expected, zero flavour, no spice (after asking for it to be spicy, also states on menu that it is) and the satay infusion seemed faint, almost an afterthought. The noodles were overcooked, and the overall balance of the dish was off. While the concept of combining satay with pho was intriguing, the execution fell short. I hope the restaurant can refine this dish to match the quality of their other offerings.I called back hoping for a refund / exchange for what I had asked for however was not greeted with any grace and was laughed at.

Watered down and flavourless Satay Beef Soup. Lacking any taste at all, I got an extra large container filled with water and cilantro. On menu it’s says spicy and when asked the server she said it was. This water called broth was also not that. The server will not accept the fact that I was given a very bad meal and experience and she just said not everyone likes it spicy.? Customer service was also poor. I will not be going back here and you should stay away also.

The place was recommended by a friend. Came with my family, the food was ok, fresh and with decent portions. Had to leave earlier and asked for the cheque. When the waitress came she directly gave me the cc terminal to pay. While tapping my cc card, I asked if tip was added where the terse answer was they never add any tip. Well, I did not check my payment, but next time I know, check your bill before handling your card/cash... The young waitress who served us on Sat evening 21st October added 20 pct as a tip. So much for honesty...
