It's a small restaurant and can be very busy sometimes. Some of the best Korean food I've had in Calgary. Soondubu Jjigae had great flavour and had tons of tofu. Loved the soup.
Gamjatang was nice as well but wish there was more cabbage. It's mostly the bones but the soup was good.
Banchan was good. Loved the fishcakes.

This was my first time here my wife's second. The food was great .the lady serving was a delight . Food was served relatively fast . We also tried an rice wine cooler, kook song dang , peach flavor . Ot is 3 percent alcohol. They had a few more flavors as well. I noticed as well.let they have one of my favorite beers Cass which is a Korean beer .

We are regulars and a huge patron of Han Corea particularly at the original location. Please don’t get me wrong as the food at Han is genuinely and authentically delicious! However, our Jeyuk Bokkeum (Osam Bulgogi version without squid) order last night appeared to be less than half of a full order. Certainly not worth the $44 price for a very small serving!

I had a lovely experience as a solo diner. Special shoutout to Ha Eun for her amazing service. I came in during a busy evening and handled everything smoothly. I love their ban chan offerings and the Soondubu Jjigae was so comforting on such a cold evening. Definitely recommend this place and will return often ❤️

This is the OG Han Corea. 🔥 It always hits the spot. The soups are packed with flavour and never miss, I’ve honestly never been disappointed here.
Definitely call ahead to check for open tables because the place is small and fills up fast for a reason. If you’re looking for comforting, flavourful Korean food done right, this is it. Highly recommend. 👌🍲

HAN COREA is a cozy spot that feels like stepping into a Korean hometown. The food is authentic and comforting, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Overall, a very enjoyable experience—definitely worth trying if you’re craving good Korean food after a while. 👍
This is a very authentic, family style and super small Korean restaurant! The food was incredible, the service was a bit slow but basically you have only one waitress for the whole place…but totally worth the wait! I will be back with more people and time to try everything else. They don’t accept reservations, so make sure you get there earlier or order online, we got there at 5:30 and didn’t have an issue to get a table, an hour later, there were people lining up to get in…so delicious!

Simple, delicious, and fresh. Everything tasted authentic and homemade. Perfect spot for a casual dinner with friends. The kimchi jjigae was hearty and comforting on a cold fall day, and the stir-fried squid and pork had just the right kick and was great for sharing. Really good value too, we paid about $34 per person, and we still had leftovers for lunch the next day!
