Came here during the Lilac festival. Food was meh. Understand they were busy so i'm not going to complain about that. But the sashimi doesnt taste fresh. Tuna sashimi was quite mushy. The rolls fall apart. The Teriyaki beef is nothing like teriyaki beef lol, it's like the beef when you order chow fun bahahaha. Maybe it's an off day for them but quite disappointed.

The service was very poor and the customer service attitude was very cold. While I was still chewing the food in my mouth, the waiter took the plate away. Within a minute of the dishes being taken away, a waiter who is the one slim and tall couldn't wait to bring the bill and credit card terminal to me, even though it was not busy at the time and there were only two tables of customers including me. I would like to tell the owner of HANA sushi that the good Customer service should make people feel welcome instead of rushing away the guests after making business.
