Last time I went, I asked them not to add salt at the end of number 3.I know that many foreigners come here, but please don't add it when boiling the broth, but let them add it according to their taste. please.

We had beef kalguksu, pork bone kalguksu, and mixed dumplings, which were all incredibly delicious. The portions were satisfying for lunch. The kimchi is a must-try, and the staff was very friendly and explained well. Definitely will be returning!

Really good food, price feels a bit high and the spicy items are definitely not as good as the non-spicy items because it doesnt have the heat but rather just the redness and only garlic-ness.

Tried Hanbo for the first time and it was so good we went back the next day. Ordered the beef kalguksu, broth was flavourful and light, noodles were cooked to perfection and the meat was tender. Best tasting kimchi I have ever tried, tasted absolutely phenomenal as there was a perfect amount of spiciness and crunch to pair with the kalguksu. The portion size was great too, left feeling super satisfied and will visit again whenever I'm in Calgary :)

- Noodles are perfect. Beef, broth and kimchi are delicious.- Dumplings are just average. Tastes like no fat in the stuffing at all- Seafood pancake is tasteless. We requested some soy sauce and it becomes better- Each person must order at least one main dish. But this requirement is not written on the menu-Big and clean restaurants with lots of table

What happened to the quality? Is there new management? Came here a month ago and had an amazing meal. Came today, the broth was bland. The meat on the pork bones were hard and bland, and it didn’t come with the extra side of braised pork shoulder… not sure if I would come back again.
The food is great. We love the banchan/side dishes here and my favourite is the chicken kalguksu!
