Food has always been amazing. If you have never been it is delicious and unique. But I am here to talk about their customer service. I had place an order on Skip the Dishes (which they promptly made) and no driver was matched to it for 3 hours. Skip customer service was useless. Hankki staff called Skip on my behalf and remade the food fresh for me despite it not being their error.

I tried Hankki on 17th Ave and honestly loved it! The food was flavorful and fun — the Korean corn dogs were perfectly crispy with that satisfying cheese pull, and the rice bowl had just the right mix of meat, veggies, and sauce. The portions were filling for the price, and service was quick and super friendly.
The vibe is casual, more of a grab-and-go or quick eat spot, but that’s part of the charm — it feels like authentic Korean street food. Great place to go with friends or family if you want something different and tasty.
Definitely coming back to try more combos next time! 💛

Recently came to hankki down town area and the portions are smaller and the bowls have been changed not even addressing the customers and charging the same price for less will not be coming back which deeply upsets me due to I love this food but I can’t support company’s that scam they’re customers.

The best Korean food around and it’s not even close! They are only open from 11am to 2pm in the concourse and the lineup is looong but worth the wait!
