We came here around 12 noon on Friday. Food is great but the service is going south. The attitude of the staff who is taking orders has much to improve. If she can’t handle the crowd, please train her well before she can stand at the counter. She gave me the wrong order. Ordered 8 pcs of galbi chicken and she gave me boneless ones. On top of that, the staff said the free hot dog promotion for a Google review is no longer available. Then Why display at the store? If it’s no longer available please take it down.

Hankki’s customer service is amazing—staff are super friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well worth the wait. You can really tell they care about quality and making sure customers have a great experience. Definitely one of my go-to spots, highly recommend!
