I tried the bowls a couple of times and like how the meals are low in oil and salt. You have the option for either Medium or Large bowls, and prices are great for whatever size you choose. Foods really good, portion is really big, I can never seem to finish the bowl for lunch, i do with for the teriyaki pork bowl i got more vegetables and less pork though
