UPDATE: just went to a different location topping on poutines are still free and customer service 100x better! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I wouldn’t ever come back to this location! The debit machine issues are outrageous, the lack In customer service is disgusting. When I ask to put topping on my poutine they girl told me they charge extra just so she didn’t have to do it then laugh at me when I asked when it change then on my way out the door she was laughing about it to her coworker.

I had one of the best poutines I've ever had from a fast food restaurant in my life
It was so packed with gravy and cheese and I got bacon on it so I was in heaven
Had a long day played soccer with starving was planning to go to Wendy's and then I saw Harvey's and I thought what the hell haven't been here in a long time
And it was worth every penny I enjoyed it so much
If you haven't been there it's fully canadian-owned and I was very impressed. Definitely be back for another poutine and a burger down the road but I'll have to eat them separately because my God that poutine was huge and so filling and so good

This is my favorite Harvey’s location. The quality of food is great, the place is clean, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If you are craving for comfort food, this is the best place to go to. Highly recommended.

We stood there and waited for about 20mins. The workers saw us but didn’t come to take our order. They finished one thing and then continued with the other.

I'm always surprised by businesses who make it hard for me to give them my money. I went into this Harvey's today for my favourite burger and stood in front of the cash register to order. I was ignored. Two customers (only) were waiting for their meal. Finally, after a few more minutes the woman behind the counter gruffly told me to wait a few more minutes. I left. I won't be back.
