Went to the drive through as I have an injury. As soon as I pull up he asked me what I want, do I know what I want yet, am I there, hello what do you want. All within 5 seconds of me trying to speak. when I finally could speak I asked the difference between the junior dbl burger and regular dbl burger - ie. The amount of meat. All he kept saying was yes two burgers.
So I park and hobble inside to find out the same. They told me it's smaller, but knew nothing more. I wanted to understand how much burger there was. I got an eye roll, and when I asked how much meat was in either burger, three of them said I would be better off to leave and eat elsewhere.
I have never eaten at Harvey's before so I don't know what size the patties are? Are they two ounces or a quarter pounder? Didn't think it was an unreasonable ask as I didn't want to order 1/2 pound and not know it.

I came here for dinner, I was asking for them where to park my bike. I waited then one of the waiter came and kicked me out, said no. I asked again if I misheard "what do you mean" then he stare at me. He said she said no! It was so rude I gotta leave it the worst restaurant ever!

Today food is cold, meat grizzled, I returned the gravy, lumpy and cold, still gave me another cold lumpy gravy, I called, the manager argued with me, telling me I am wrong. I won't be returning. It seems like they are new owners. The woman put lettuce on my burger without asking me, I told her no lettuce, she scraped it off and put it right back on the lettuce container, wonder what else they are doing.

I came in for a quick bite. I have found lately the service in most restaurant, fast food especially, isn't what it used to be. But Jason was very friendly. As simple as a smile, an honest smile. A quick joke when I ask to give me a bit more time to decide for my order.

Last night i visited brentwood and customer service is too amazing i like it there are two indians he gave amazing food poutine and coldrink . I will revisit this restaurant again within 2 3 days

waited for over 20 minutes for chicken nuggets was served my frozen drink within minutes of ordering so by the time the chicken nuggets were done the drinks were melted the grill cook was more preoccupied with running off to the back to use his personal cell phone
