I haven't been to Harvey's Brentwood for a few years. Had good memories of a well crafted burger with toppings. The Angus Burger I got was edible but honestly if I hadn't been hungry I would have thrown it out. Should have turned around and left based on first impressions...the interior at night was dark with an empty, inhospitable feel...I wouldn't want to stay there for any length of time. I ordered for takeout as the commute home was only a few minutes. Food: Bun is too small in circumference for the burger and toppings and quickly became mushy so everything was constantly falling out, burger flavour was bland and not what I remembered.
Essentially I had a craving for something I remembered fondly, but either this location or the chain has gone downhill.

I got onion Rings with my Angus Burger combo ,they tasted bad, spoiled, greasy and old. Terrible! Pass on this Place!

This Brentwood Harvey’s is extremely frustrating and poorly run.
According to their posted hours, the drive-thru is open until 12:00 am and dine-in is supposed to close at 10:00 pm. I live in one of the Brentwood apartments nearby, so I walked over and arrived at 9:45 pm to eat inside. The doors were already locked and I was left standing outside trying to get in.
I waited, and around 10:00 pm I went through the drive-thru on foot. I was then told they cannot take orders unless you are in a vehicle. Fine, but that meant I had to walk all the way back to my apartment, get my car, and drive back at 10:30 pm just to place the same order. That is completely unreasonable and a huge waste of time.
The food itself is good, but the service at this location is consistently mediocre at best.
What makes this worse is that the app is misleading. It clearly says you can place drive-thru and take-out orders until 11:45 pm, yet the app never allows me to place a drive-thru order after 10 pm. The posted hours and the actual service do not match.
Also, if you are not standing there watching them build your burger, they barely put any ingredients in. Portions are noticeably smaller unless you watch them make it.
Good food, but this location has unreliable hours, misleading information, and poor consistency. I would not recommend this Harvey’s based on service alone.

Harvey's burgers are good and guilt free fast food... for me anyways. I enjoy the unlimited toppings and being able to create my own burger.
From time to time I use the online order platform to pick up my order in the drive thru.
Today the online ordering wouldn't allow me to pay. I have AMA so I get 10% the order. Since I couldn't put the order through online... I went to the drive thru. They wouldn't take AMA on select items.
Based on principle. This seems inconsistent and the policy should be across the board and exceptions should be considered when malfunctions happen.
I am happy to change my 1 star rating when this has been attended to.

Love this place! We’re regulars, we’ve been coming here for years, the people are awesome
The service at Harvey’s was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very patient while taking my order. My food was prepared quickly and exactly the way I asked, and the employees made sure everything was right before handing it to me. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. Overall, the great customer service made my visit enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back.
