I don't even know how am I going to eat my burger all smeared in sauces now!!!! Worst possible service ever. Will never come back.

I love this place. There really is something for everyone. I can feed my family and everyone is happy with their customized burgers and poutine etc and I can still stay on my meal plan with a grilled chicken salad. The salad is really nice has lots of tomatoes, cucumbers and other veggies it doesn’t feel like fast food. There’s vegetarian options too! Good price, fresh food! We are happy.

Meh. I ordered through the app. When I got there, it was mildly busy. took a good 10 minutes before anyone addressed me, I finally had to say something. Not sure why they have an app, my bag of food was literally right behind the counter, would’ve taken seconds to ask and hand it to me.
One of the burgers was burned on one side and two of them didn’t have the correct condiments despite them being correct on the receipt.
Probably won’t be going back to this location which is a shame. It’s the only close to us so Harvey’s is off our menu.
Food was awesome and service was superb! Will definitely come back.

I asked for a double burger and it was a single when I got home. Could barely hear the lady in the drive thru. Very unprofessional I had to ask how much my order was at the window and she just handed me the pay machine. For three items it took longer than it should have, will not return. Food was barely warm when I arrived home after 3 minute drive. Disappointing.

There’s 2 of you at the front standing there doing nothing and there’s no customer expect me , took 5 mins before anyone attended and ask for my order , rude taking orders from customers too , why work at customer service job when you can’t be kind to customers !!! End up walking out and not eating at this place

Bought Swiss chalet festive chicken sandwich with fries and gravy. The stuffing in the chicken sandwich was so mashed Up and creamy. Texture was gross. The fries were so soggy and so nasty and the gravy was the worse I’ve ever tried. Twenty bucks for straight up crap. I should have known better. Thought this was fast food how bad could it be. I knew the restaurant was gross but I thought how can they mess this up. They did. Never again.
