Bought Swiss chalet festive chicken sandwich with fries and gravy. The stuffing in the chicken sandwich was so mashed Up and creamy. Texture was gross. The fries were so soggy and so nasty and the gravy was the worse I’ve ever tried. Twenty bucks for straight up crap. I should have known better. Thought this was fast food how bad could it be. I knew the restaurant was gross but I thought how can they mess this up. They did. Never again.

I recently visited Harvey’s, and while the burger itself was great, the ordering experience could have been better. The staff member who took my order seemed to make up her mind from the start that I wouldn’t understand how to order. I felt rushed and almost judged, like she assumed I wouldn’t get it without even trying to help. It was clear she had little patience, which made the whole experience feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.Even though I wasn’t familiar with the menu, a bit more kindness and openness would have gone a long way. I just wish she’d taken the time to listen and guide me through, rather than making assumptions. The food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement in terms of understanding and respect for customers.
It would have been nice if she had been more welcoming and patient with customers who might need a moment to decide.
Overall, I enjoyed the food, but I hope future interactions feel more comfortable and accommodating.

I visited Harvey’s on June 30th around 9 PM and noticed some concerning behavior from a staff member. A tall girl was handling two to three bags of garbage, throwing it around and creating a mess. When cleaning tables, she only gave them a slight wipe, pretending to clean. This was very unprofessional and unhygienic. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.
