I was a guest at the hotel and enjoyed two breakfasts, and one dinner on Saturday night. The breakfasts were delicious and they were accommodating of dietary preferences. The dinner was outstanding, and the vibe was terrific with a quality cover band duo belting out classic hit after hit. The service was excellent, with a special shout out to the breakfast servers who were engaging and courteous first thing in the morning. I love Fairmont hotels and this is the finest dining room I’ve been in within the chain. Highly recommended!

Super tasty! The staff was incredibly kind, and the service was amazing from start to finish. The chef even came out to greet everyone, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We were lucky to be seated near the live music, which made the atmosphere even more special. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was packed with flavor, and the portions were generous. We were both completely stuffed!

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—every server, host, and even the chefs contributed to an incredibly welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The attention to detail and passion for hospitality truly set this restaurant apart.
The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish we tried was beautifully crafted and full of flavour, melting in our mouths with each bite. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the YYC Experience—a must-try for anyone dining here.
A special mention goes to Head Chef Rupert Garcia, who went above and beyond to make the night unforgettable. He personally introduced each dish to our table and even surprised my family with a specially made birthday dessert. His dedication and talent shined throughout the night, making him the true star of the experience.

Had a great experience last night. The manager Chas elevated it all. He sat us by the fire, got us set up with the 4 course meal and paired it perfectly with wine for each plate. Will definitely be back.
Went for our anniversary dinner. It was a beautiful place and loved the atmosphere. It was just around Christmas and had to try their Yuletide Special that included 3 courses with couple different options to choose from.
The cocktail/drink menu seemed overly expensive. I don’t remember what I ordered but it was quite good. For main I had risotto and that sticky toffee pudding was amazing to finish with.
Our server seemed cold and just doing her job. It’s important to me to go to any places whether fancy or just casual, it’s the people that can make a huge experience in your experiences. The energy wasn’t there. The reason I rate it a 4 star is just because of the service.

High tea was incredible! Highly recommend, best high tea in Calgary bar none. Excellent value for an extremely high-quality setting. Classic atmosphere. But it’s truly the customer service that’s the star of the show they greet you by name very accommodating wonderful customer service.
