I was a guest at the hotel and enjoyed two breakfasts, and one dinner on Saturday night. The breakfasts were delicious and they were accommodating of dietary preferences. The dinner was outstanding, and the vibe was terrific with a quality cover band duo belting out classic hit after hit. The service was excellent, with a special shout out to the breakfast servers who were engaging and courteous first thing in the morning. I love Fairmont hotels and this is the finest dining room...
EVERYTHING was impeccable!!!!! From the host who seated us to our table to the server to the wonderful dining experience. I was in awe of the interior architecture of the building. Will definitely return for sure!
