“Great meals so handy to have them in the freezer to use whenever I want them I find the quantity is adequate and they arrive well packaged The reason I didn’t give five stars was I have a hard time finding out how spicy some of the meals are and I end up with some of the meals that are just too spicy for me would love a mark on the meals giving the level of spice Will continue to order and will always have them on hand“

“First time at Freshii Sundance in Sundance SE Calgary and it’s now my go-to healthy restaurant. The Buddha Satay Bowl was fresh, fast, and fairly priced; smoothies were great too. Staff kept the line moving and the place was spotless. Easy parking at 15 Sunpark Plaza SE and ordering online for pickup was smooth. I’ll be back—and will use them for office catering next time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“It's the best food and diet to eat. For people with diabetes and to prevent diabetes and dementia which are strongly linked. Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.“

“Absolutely amazing staff. Today, I accidentally dropped the bowl of salad that the counter lady had just prepared for me. It was a really embarrassing moment and even though that was 100% my fault, the staff was kind enough to prepare me another one free of charges. Thanks for being a real human. “I went there and it was super busy. I got oxaca bowl steak and the Buddha bowl tofu. Both were really good and the waitress was so kind. It was very busy I had to wait 10 minutes but was worth it. The girl the chaos managed so perfectly. Like it! will visit them for sure.“

“Buffet food is absolutely terrible. Butter chicken was by far the worst tasting butter chicken I’ve ever had. It was chicken, and curry water. Microwaved chicken for sure. Had the Chinese food today and ginger beef was old, spongy and drenched in soya sauce. The fried rice was as if it was 3 days old. No flavour, just a hint of Lipton chicken noodle soup. Haven’t tried the fresh stuff yet but I thought all of the food is supposed to be fresh? Yikes“

“Love my Bangkok salad with the peanut sauce, I added shrimp which is always my favorite. I also love their prawn wraps with the peanut sauce it is so yummy, and healthy too.“
