I’m from Vancouver and I visited Heaven Restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I genuinely felt right at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is truly outstanding.

I ordered a beef mechada arepa, and before it arrived, I asked the server if they could add cheese to it. Without any hesitation, she said yes and made it happen. That small gesture made the entire experience even better friendly, fast, and customer focused service.

The arepa was delicious, full of authentic flavor, and the extra cheese was the perfect touch.

Overall, it was a 10000/10 experience.
I would definitely come back.

I am writing regarding the customer service at this restaurant. The employees' behaviour is absolutely disgusting, as they are mannerless, give disrespectful answers, and try to intimidate customers.

I am writing regarding a situation that happened today, Saturday, November 22nd, at around 6:00 PM. I came to your restaurant to pick up an order, and I mistakenly left my delivery bag in the car. I immediately went back to get it and returned with an apology.

However, the staff member who handed me the order spoke to me disrespectfully. She also gave me a “dislike” and left a negative comment on the order, and I am not sure why. The only issue was that I briefly forgot my bag, and I corrected it right away.

When I politely asked why she did that, she responded in a disrespectful manner, saying, “Why did you come without the delivery bag?”

I wanted to bring this to your attention because the interaction felt unfair and unprofessional.

I have eaten here multiple times. Absolutely fantastic food. So tasty. I Highly recommend it to others and purchase their frozen goods for home. The service isn't always on point though. My recent experience had me waiting well over a hour for two arepas. This is not the normal but it has happened to me more than once.

I got 2 tiny empanadas for $12. It was supposed to be pulled pork but the meat was white and didn’t have much taste. The girl said this is a medium size like !? Don’t go here. The tacos people got looked super sad.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times now, and the food has always been unique and delicious. However, the main area that could use improvement is the service.

During multiple visits, I’ve noticed that one of female younger server often appears disengaged and unfriendly when taking orders or answering questions. She has always been there ever time I've gone on evenings. My family and I always make an effort to be kind and understanding toward restaurant staff, as we appreciate how demanding the job can be. That said, the lack of attentiveness — such as spending time on the phone sitting in the back on the fridge, rarely checking in on tables, and needing to be reminded several times for basic requests like water refills and drink orders — has been disappointing on multiple visits.

While I genuinely enjoy the food and ambiance, the service experience has made me hesitant to return. I hope management takes this feedback constructively, as this restaurant has great potential with just a bit more attention to customer care.

Amazing, delicious food!! Service, not so much praise. Very unpersonal server - did not take our drink/food order for 15 minutes, had to call her to our table to fill our drinks. Didn't check on us once, until we called her. Not busy at all, so unsure why. Food was delicious though!!!!

Took the family here for a dinner out and chose it for gluten free options. Food was delicious! Especially the Pabellon Pataconwich (my personal favourite). Omg sooooo incredible. We tried queso empanadas (amazing), bunuellos (yum), yuca fries...excellent, arepa, again delish and finally the quesadilla. Seriously so much yum! They gave us 5 alfadores to end the meal on the house...we will definitely be back!!

A completely gluten free menu of Venezuelan food and more. Everything is delicious, I recommend the chicken fingers, arepas, and mini empanadas! The space is cozy and inviting, with lots of plants and a wonderful team of staff. I have brought many people here and they always take such good care of us. They have frozen items to take away and amazing desserts too.
