Top notch service, my wife and I had some tasty food, really enjoyed the vibe and loved speaking with the owner. Really fun guy. I went to pay and was disappointed i couldn’t tip to show how much i enjoyed the service, but they don’t accept tips. I can only assume the wonderful service is just because he loves the people that walk into his “living room”. We were thankful we found this place.

I love this cafe. The decor here is great, there is live music and the seats are great. It’s quite expansive tho. I tried Egyptian chai which wasn’t bad.

I had an amazing night here! The people were so friendly. The food choice was unique! Loved it! The vibe was perfect. A talented piano player set a classy mood, and later there was a fun, friendly couples' dance competition that got everyone involved. I didn’t catch the name of the organizer, but they did a fantastic job. Such a memorable and entertaining evening. Highly recommend!

Incredible experience at Heliopolis! The atmosphere was cozy and sophisticated. Food was delicious and well presented. Live music was a treat. And, their espresso martini was single handedly the espresso martini I have ever had!
The fact that Heliopolis is also a café and pulls their own espresso shots makes a WORLD of difference in the making of the cocktail.
But, I think the single best experience I had at Heliopolis was interacting with Bishoy (owner/manager/proprietor?). I am someone who has worked in customer service and sales a long time. And, after watching Bishoy come out from behind the counter and greet his regular guests with a handshake and a hug.
How he expertly explained to me how to correctly enjoy a Turkish coffee. (After asking if I had ever had one before.)
Even telling me the secrets behind that incredible espresso martini I had! I could immediately tell he is a person that loves his craft and sharing it with his guests and patrons. His passion and enthusiasm are infectious! And everyone should go here!
