We ordered takeout on January 2nd for 10 people and I have to say, everything was well prepared, hot and flavourful! This was the 2nd time I have ordered from Hi-Ball and it definitely will be my go to for Chinese from now on. Thank you for such an awesome meal!!

I explicitly ordered a specific item and I ended up with the wrong item, and they weren’t willing to refund the item for the proper one. I couldn’t have been more clear on ordering the menu item but they blame me instead?
Very nice food and PLENTY of it - portions are huge and delicious. Worth a visit if you’re in Calgary. The wontons in the soup are home made and really tasty. Bring your appetite you’ll need it!

Though the dishes didn't come out at the same time, it was fresh, and very tasty. Portions are bigger than other restaurants and price is on point. Hostess was very attentive and she kept up to the busy atmosphere while displaying professionalism. However the older lady, could show a more positive disposition.
