Totally enjoyed this hotel, we needed somewhere quick to stay after a late flight and the staff, room and everything made it so worth it. There was a small kitchen in the room, it's redone and modern. Amazing place for the price, clean we were more then satisfied.

I didn’t get a room but gave to mention the excellent and caring service I received from the twice clerks at 02:00 a.m. after flight cancelled to Edmonton. They were apologetic because my reservation was for the day not for that night! They offered me the sofa in the lobby and I was so grateful!! They called me their “special guest”! I was exhausted and they made me feel so welcome!Noteworthy details: Great warm and welcome service!!

I booked this location due to it's close proximity to the airport and Foothills Hospital while I'm here for a few days of testing.I tried three times over two days to have a shower, but the water in my room didn't stay warm long enough to wash my hair. I was also right outside of the elevators/lounge area and vending machines so it was incredibly noisy when people are drinking and playing cards.I informed the front desk this morning and asked to be moved, they wanted to send maintenance first. I was on my way to the hospital when they called to advise that maintenance said there is hot water, you just have to let it run. I know there's hot water initially, it just doesn't last.I returned at 5pm from my day at Foothills and checked out. I tried to run the water and it wasn't even warm, and after a long day I just wanted a shower. The staff at this location were friendly, just not overly accommodating.

Great stay as always room was clean and comfortable and the staff are the best. Had a great stay over the weekend be back Easter weekend. Wish they had all day breakfast went do restaurant at noon and it was over.

After a long drive, I was met by tim at the front desk, his customer service was so awful, I ended canceling my room. I've never experienced this terrible attitude and awful service from a hotel.

I like the breakfast always in this hotel ...and rooms is good ?
I give a 4 star rating because the doors are very heavy and therefore make noise, I slept badly because people were walking around and talking loudly in the corridor of my 4th floor, I could hear the doors opening and close loudly all night.

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many hotels in many cities.Other hotels may LOOK nicer, but fall apart on closer inspection (Top floor in Toronto, beautiful, no hot water. Ultra modem hotel in Montreal, beautiful, the ultra modern shower is ultra poorly designed and not at all practical).This hotel looks great, the room amenities are great and the hotel amenities are great.All of the staff seem very happy, and are very helpful!The restaurant may be a little overpriced, but the room was very inexpensive, so it balances out.
