I love going to local restaurants. First time been this amazing vegetarian/vegan restaurant. Wow, what a phenomenal experience here. My wife and I just wanna grab a bite, so we stopped by here. Since we wanna get something veggies only that day. Very nice and neat environment. It really make you feel cozy and homey. Feel like home here. The owner Christina was amazing. Found this hole in the wall. Homey Cafe and grocery on 40 Ave ne. It's a vegan vegetarian Asian inspired cafe. Only the owner works there and it's an open kitchen. Pretty cute decor and set up. Some dry and frozen items can be purchased. She was a sweet lady that just loved sharing her passion for food. You can find lots of vegan/vegetarian dim sum here. Regrettably I never heard of this place before while I have always work in the areas for the last 15 years.
Christina, the sole owner, achieves her concept of home cooking catering vegetarian.
I am not on vegetarian diet but I do like and picky about vegetarian. Being Vietnamese, I am confident with my palate for healthy vegetarian dishes. And Christina carries the same values which I appreciate.
