I came here for lunch. The first time I came here. Amazingly, the restaurant is not very large but the atmosphere is cozy. My meal was later than 1:30pm but the restaurant was still crowded. The food here is delicious. The taste is very true to Vietnamese pho. Spring rolls are great. The service of the young restaurant couple was friendly and good. I see the greetings and bids of friendly customers. It's great with a delicious meal and good on the service. I hope to come back to enjoy the delicious food here.

I always have an outstanding dining experience at Hong An. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and charming, immediately setting the tone for a wonderful meal. The menu offered an array of authentic Vietnamese dishes, each bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. The pho I order is a bowl of pure comfort, with a fragrant broth and tender, flavorful meat. The staff is attentive and friendly, making me feel truly valued as a guest. Without a doubt, this restaurant has earned its place as one of my favorites in town.

do not trust this place. MY MOM’S PHONE GOT STOLEN BY THE OWNERwe had the worst experience here that me and my mom never would have thought would happen. MY MOM’S PHONE WAS STOLEN BY THE OWNER AND WE ONLY GOT IT BACK BECAUSE WE CALLED THE POLICE. long story short, my sister, my mom, and i, sat down very briefly as we were going to order food. however, we were in a rush and after a while of 0 service, we decided to just leave. we realized 10mins later that we didn’t have my mom’s phone, so we went back. the phone couldn’t be traced, went straight to voicemail. weird right?the owner basically ignored us, other customers were calling us rude and insulting when we were just asking if he had seen the phone ( we never accused him of anything) one man in particular was so ignorant and disrespectful, other people eating there were laughing at us. we left with the most humiliating experience.we basically just gave up after this, and we literally went to buy a new phone because we looked everywhere and we couldn’t find it. however, we did call the police.the police followed up with the owner, and after an hour of looking through cameras. HE HAD STOLEN THE PHONE. we are very lucky to have gotten it back. but we were left in shock. not only had he DENIED even seeing a phone, other customers had been laughing at US calling US rude when we simply wanted to ask him if he had seen it.it was humiliating, embarrassing, and shocking. i cannot judge them on the food, but if an encounter this short with the owner was enough for him to steal our phone, i think this shows you where this place’s heart is at.

The worst vietnamese restaurant!My friend and I ordered pho and we didn’t get any bean sprouts and basil which is the basic of the basic of pho components. We also noticed that they gave others bean sprouts and basil but we didn’t. My other friend ordered a rice meal, but at the end they said they didn’t have any rice? instead they gave her rice noodles that’s usually for pho. Weird. Also, they have a minimum tipping machine of 25% which is crazy because restaurants only have 10% or 15%. So please watch out. Not worth the money. Costumer service is also poor. Never again ??????
