I arrived there about noon and by that time there was less than a dozen donuts remaining. I wanted 5 vegan donuts and that’s what they had, so I had no selection, but I did get 5 vegan donuts. The staff were very friendly. There was no signage on the ground floor telling me where to find it though. I had read that it was supposed to be on the 15th floor, but it wasn’t, it was on the second floor.

Customer service is good. I would rate 5. But the cronuts aren’t consistent. One week they would be good. Then the week after it’s a brick and very dry. I did bring it up to customer service so hopefully they take that to considerations.

The truth is that there is not only traffic in its surroundings since it is a place to walk and enjoy the different aspects of the boulevard.
