I visited a place called Khaneh Kabab, which advertises itself as a Persian restaurant. Unfortunately, it was disappointing on several levels.
First, the location is not ideal, especially for families—it feels more like a small takeout spot than a proper restaurant. The menu lists traditional Persian dishes, but the taste is far from authentic.
I ordered Ghormeh Sabzi and Zeitoon Parvardeh, neither reflected true Persian flavor or quality. The Ghormeh Sabzi was basically boiled greens with water, missing the signature beans and rich taste. The Zeitoon Parvardeh seemed to follow a completely different recipe and was unlike any traditional version I’ve had.
Overall, this place doesn’t represent Persian cuisine and feels quite low quality. Anyone familiar with real Persian food will understand exactly what I mean.

I want to sincerely thank House of Kabob for their incredible service and kindness. I ordered kebab for our funeral gathering, and even with very short notice, they prepared and delivered food for 60 people within just a few hours. Everything was beautifully organized, fresh, and delicious. Their professionalism and compassion during such a difficult time meant so much to us. I truly appreciate their effort and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great food and reliable service.

Ive been coming here for 5 years and it still has the best chicken kabob that I have ever had, this restaurant has always been busy, so you know its a good place. Personally, I still cant stand the fact that they never renovated the area. Atmosphere is really important in a restaurant, and this place just doesn't look nice inside. We have started to do take out because we want to enjoy our food in a pleasing and clean area. Other than that, no complaints, the food has always been amazing.
