Kabob was rlly nice, so flavorful but not intense. Rice and the yoghurt dip added more flavors to it. I also recommend the yoghurt soda as it balances the grease. Owner says it’s homemade too.
Food is reasonably priced. 15 bucks will feed your empty stomach.
The owner and the waitresses were friendly too. Will come back.

I am a regular at this place, at least once a month I bring my family for dinner. Quality is consistent and the food is a great price, they also give sauces hot and white sauce which are excellent.
Owner is very nice and humble. When he is there the service is excellent and the servers are polite,
when he is not there the servers have so much attitude and anything you ask is a huge inconvenience to them. The staff is rude. I will let the owner know next time I see him.

I would have walked out immediately but I was being taken out by a friend. The young woman at the counter was totally uninterested in us and had very little knowledge of the food. The tables were dirty and grease smeared. Food was so so. Portions were average. The older lady was pleasant and helpful. But seriously there are many better places than this one. I would definitely not recommend it.

Food is always consistently delicious, they recently renovated which looks really good. It's a rather small place so it may not be the best for big groups unless you make a reso (if they take any) and are okay being at separate tables. They have parking behind the building but not very many. There is street parking if you can find it.
The staff doing discrimination because i did order and wait for 30 minutes but other customers coming after me and staff bring their order right the way in 2 minutes because they were in same country and spoken some language

Usually, the quality of food and service at this restaurant is not bad, but today was quite the opposite. The pita I was given seemed a couple of days old, and I even saw another customer complain about it. They also brought out the soup almost at the same time as the main dish, even though soup is supposed to be an appetizer. On top of that, it took me three tries to ask for an extra plate. It felt like the staff weren’t even listening the first time. For now, I won’t be coming back unless improvements are made.

Ghetto old dirty place. Everything was dirty and low quality, cheap dishes and cutlery . The rice was leftover from days ago that some grains became very dry and hard and warming up didn’t soften them, kobideh was dry and tasteless. All workers were Filipino including cook , no wonder they didn’t know what a good Persian food should taste.
