The staffs were kind and knowledgeable about the food they serve. The atmosphere of this restaurant is spectacular, I almost felt like I was in Viet Nam for a moment. Definitely one of the restaurant I will come back.

Plus they have plenty of parking lot at the front of the restaurant. 🅿️ keep this for a chance you won’t regret it.

IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, I WILL RATE YOUR RESTAURANT 1 STAR.
I visited Hue Thuong Restaurant in Calgary recently, and while the food was absolutely delicious and the younger staff—a tall young man and a young woman with glasses—provided exceptional and friendly service, my experience was ruined by another staff member. This was an older, short man with darkened yellow-toned skin who displayed extremely unhygienic behavior. When I arrived, he was sweeping the floor but didn’t wash his hands before handling utensils, instead grabbing chopsticks and spoons with his bare hands and placing them on my table. During my meal, he continued sweeping, causing dust to fly into our food. His disheveled appearance and rude attitude made the experience very unpleasant. Since that day, I have decided not to return to Hue Thuong. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as I would love to come back someday, but only if I don’t have to encounter this staff member again.

A bit disappointed by our meal here after hearing good things from other people. The banh hoi platter only came with a few sprigs of cilantro for herbs and the pho sate was a bit bland as well. Appetizers were a better but still average. Maybe an off day? But nothing was outstanding for us to return again soon

Amazing is all I can say. I love Vietnamese food and jump at The chance to try a new place. This place is amazing. Just happen to be in the area and we stopped and the owner chef went out of her way and made me something that was not on the menu. It was so delicious. The soup was so flavorful and the large bowl was more than enough for two people. Clean and welcoming.

The food is very expensive 9 spring rolls $35.70 and the food is terrible, not like other places I have eaten Which are both delicious and cheaper than this place and I will never come back here

This is a family owned and operated restaurant. The food is fresh, delicious and authentic. I always get the bun rieu, my husband gets the bun Bo hue and our kids get the pho. This place is a local gem.

The spring rolls weren't that great. But all the other things like the rice dishes is pretty good for 13 bucks. The sub was actually one of the best we've had in a long time. The soup was nice and flavourful.

Great authentic Viet food. The bbh is just the way I like it. Prepared with pork blood and pork hock. The appetizers were all tasty as well. The sauteed baby clams with shrimp cracker was a dish I never seen here before and only just discovered it on my recent trip to Vietnam.
