IF THIS HAPPENS AGAIN, I WILL RATE YOUR RESTAURANT 1 STAR.

I visited Hue Thuong Restaurant in Calgary recently, and while the food was absolutely delicious and the younger staff—a tall young man and a young woman with glasses—provided exceptional and friendly service, my experience was ruined by another staff member. This was an older, short man with darkened yellow-toned skin who displayed extremely unhygienic behavior. When I arrived, he was sweeping the...

A bit disappointed by our meal here after hearing good things from other people. The banh hoi platter only came with a few sprigs of cilantro for herbs and the pho sate was a bit bland as well. Appetizers were a better but still average. Maybe an off day? But nothing was outstanding for us to return again soon
