My Peruvian Poke Bowl with marinaded salmon was delicious and was made promptly. The avocados were ripe and very soft. Thank you Desanna :)

Kinda interesting how most of the food options inside CF Chinook Centre are also available at CF Polo Park ... EXCEPT Hula ... which they should have because the food they serve was delicious ! Also we got the food at a exceptional timeframe as well ~ Would highly recommend

Of course it isn’t similar to what you’d find in Hawaii (more traditional with less toppings) but it’s pretty good for what it is. Definitely one of the better choices in the mall! I’ll be back!

I have gone on record to say that I think the Chinook mall food court is the weakest Calgary malls have to offer. THAT BEING SAID- Hula might just be the single best option they have. Top tier flavours, and excellent staff. These guys know what they’re doing!!!

I’ve never done a food review for a food court spot before, but the poke from this place was really good! The service was quick and smooth. I went with tuna, sushi rice, and a yuzu-flavored sauce this time—the combination was perfectly balanced. It was super tasty and also very affordable.

Ladies there especially the Asian girl with the black hair with the side bangs is so unprofessional, rude and give horrible service. Skipped my order and said they need to find the sauce and when I ask for a refund they didn’t give it to me and then walked to the back for 3 minutes and came back out with the sauce and made my order but I said no cilantro because I’m allergic and she put cilantro in it and still refuses my refund. So disappointed because I used to eat at this location everyday and now it’s horrible with horrible workers. PLUS they charged me twice. I can’t eat this. I will go into shock and I will be reaching out to head office because this is absolutely ridiculous. Don’t let them lie to youuuu they’re awful lol also such a rude response from the owner. I did tell her I was allergic and she just didn’t say anything and I asked her for her name and she just stared at me and mumbled something under her breathe so no she didn’t communicate with me
