Their chicken seems fake to me. Very wrong texture.. kinda thinking it's either lab grown or cloned meat. Either way. I don't think it's real chicken. Didn't try their other protein options. Not eating at a hula again

Found a hair in my food. The bowl had a plastic lid on it when I picked it up, so it was the workers hair.

Bit into a piece of salmon and it was still frozen 🥀

I’d say it’s the McDonalds of poke, but that would be an insult to McDs. Worst poke ever, the bowl is 90% rice with next to no toppings and poor quality fish. I ordered via uber and asked for a simple modification of no fried onions, which they gleefully ignored. Please spend your money elsewhere.

Had to shout into the back to see an employee. Also had to go home with the Peruvian poke bowl and add my own veg to make it a meal. Literally paid for cheap rice/kale and whatever the sauce was. Sick that they appear healthy and it's so disgustingly homogenous. Be ashamed. This is not a healthy option of the food court. Just terrible in terms of quality.

The employees are very helpful — it was my first time trying Hula and they helped me build my bowl. They took time to explain and suggest options based on my preference. Tastes really good & healthy!

Ordered here for the first and last time today. The Thai Green Curry is not so much that green curry. The food itself is not good. It was so spicy I couldn't yell you if anything actually had any flavour, I suspect not. I love spicy foods, but this was just hot without any goodness to it. I asked for NO CILANTRO. My second bite in, tasted cilantro. I took my bowl back up and asked for another the way I ordered it. She gave me back a bowl 3/4's full.
The service is terrible as well as the food. Never again.

extra salty, poor flavour

This place is amazing! We tried the Ancho, Peruvian, and Smoked Salmon bowls and I would absolutely recommend them. They were fresh and flavorful. I'm super happy to have found this place and I would definitely come here again.

I feel like I’ve been punished for trying to make a healthy choice at the food court. The tofu is not flavoured in any way, the kale noodles are a bizarre uncooked texture, the soy sauce is too much and too salty with no other discernible notes to be had despite the wonderful-sounding “Yuzu” flavour it was supposed to be. Good luck finding the 5 edamame beans in the entire bowl, and for some reason there are funions dumped on top of the whole mess. Very stingy on the veggies. So disappointed I spent $16 on this sad, salty bowl.

I grab a poke bowl from Hula in the mall a couple times a month. Always delicious, great service, I highly recommend them!
