Hula Poke - Centennial

I just ordered a $17 poke bowl and the food doesn’t even touch the lid.

I would think for that much money that I would at least get more rice!

I love hula, but I’m pretty disappointed today!

Me and my friends tried the poke bowl for the first time and it was fantastic. So savoury and tasty. Staffs are nice and friendly and greeted us with a cheerful smiles. They helped us choose the best flavour. It was a sumptuous meal indeed. I would recommend this place.

I placed a food order and made a simple request: no cilantro or chili oil, as I personally don’t enjoy them. To my surprise, instead of just accommodating the request (as most places would), I was met with unnecessary comments and mockery from the staff.
It’s disappointing to be made fun of for personal food preferences—especially when you're just trying to enjoy a meal the way you like it. What should’ve been a straightforward experience ended up feeling uncomfortable and disrespectful.
Everyone has different tastes, and it's not unreasonable to ask for small modifications, especially when ordering food you’re paying for. I hope the staff can be more respectful in the future and focus on creating a welcoming experience for all customers, regardless of their preferences.

The meal here is amazing, and it is well worth the price considering the quality and the quantity of the food they serve. You'll know the ingredients are truly fresh and it’s also gluten-free:))

Tiny serving - barely filled the bowl. Definitely not worth $20 and 1/2 as much salad as the pictures show. Didn’t take a picture unfortunately but I won’t be back.

We got a poke bowl each for lunch (1: ahi tuna and salmon with kelp noodles in yuzu flavor; 2: grilled salmon with rice in garlic sesame flavor). The kelp noodles were interesting - they have a nice crunch and crisp feel to it and would use that as a base again. The fish itself is probably a good quality but it was very difficult to discern any flavors because of how heavily salted everything was. We were not able to taste the yuzu or garlic/sesame or even the flavors of the raw fish and it ended leaving us feeling more thirsty and bloated.The grilled salmon was similar - it was salted too heavily. The bowl was also filled with far too much rice - the make up of the grilled salmon bowl was probably 70% rice, 25% veggies, and 5% salmon.At about $18 per bowl, these bowls unfortunately did not meet expectations. The ideas of flavors are good but needs a lot of refinement before we are able to try this franchise again. One thing I did really like is that their utensils and their bowls are compostable.

Nice to see that the entire takeout container and utensils are completely compostable. But food wise, its average, nothing special. The avocado that I had in my Poke was not ripe enough and overall dish was quite salty.

Definitely not the best poke I’ve ever had. Fish is fresh but the flavours leave something to be desired. But I like more traditional poke.

This place gets super busy and I see why. Food is good, and the staff is nice
