The employee behind the counter, took notice that it was my first time ever ordering. She was very helpful, polite and caring. The food and service outstanding. the bowl I ordered, which was tuna and salmon on sushi rice with the KOKO sauce was 10x better in quality and price than what most restaurants are service and charging.If you are at south center mall, definitely check them out.

I've had multiple encounters at this restaurant where staff members transition from handling cash at the till directly to preparing food without washing their hands. Despite bringing this issue to their attention on previous occasions, the problem persists. During my most recent visit, when I insisted on proper handwashing, an employee begrudgingly rinsed their hands without soap and proceeded to handle my food with a dismissive attitude. This disregard for hygiene standards is appalling and raises serious concerns about the restaurant's commitment to food safety. Given that they serve raw food items on their menu, maintaining clean hands is imperative. I'm convinced that this restaurant would not pass an Alberta health inspection. As much as I enjoy their food, I cannot overlook such blatant disregard for cleanliness. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location.

Very pretty place, great staff, food is awful. I only managed one bite, what a waste of 60 dollars to be fed what they called 'food'. Really killed the day. This is not a poke bowl it's an over saturated kale salad, with over bearing vinaigrette, some form of burnt crusts and maybe 1 ounce of over marinated fish, the sauce was so strong you couldn't taste anything but kale and vinegar. You order a poke bowl for a beautiful well balanced flavorful experience. This was far from it. Their beverages were just as painful, tasting like they were just shots of syrup that was not diluted properly. Steer clear.
Great portion sizes. The prices have unfortunately gone up. But the staff is wonderful. I’ve been going for years and will continue. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve gotten from them.Really recommend the tiki bowl. The Yuzu Passion fruit drink tastes like an adult sunny D and it’s delightful.
