My husband and I used to go there quite frequently for breakfast, until the last time. I like ham with my breakfast and this time, it was really thin cut and was not good at all. I told our waitress, Sunny, about it. She went back to the ‘cook’ and told him. She came back out and told us that the ‘cook’ said, “then don’t order it”.!!!? Haven’t been back and won’t ever go back.

Usually is pretty stellar for take out but not today. I was told 25 minutes for my food and arrived just early. It was 42 minutes from the time I called until I was finally given my meal. From making excuses for lack of service and lack of acknowledgment, to just all round bad attitudes. Was not impressed, hopefully next time is better.

Pretty much everyone has heard of "Humptys". I was at the southland drive one. The service my son and received was up and beyond expectations! Our server was explaining ways to save money on what I ordered (was one of the meals u can substitute one item for another) . She was so inviting and her sense of humor was awesome! I haven't been there (humptys) honestly for years. I can't speak for all humptys, I can tell u this location deserves 10☆'s . She even let us stay until we finished our desert,as they were technically closed. Absolutely no rushing us. Matter fact we sat and chatted a little! Food ...fresh and awesome. Thx humptys on southland Dr sw was so nice to be treated as a customer should be!!!! I'll be back for the lemon meringue pie!!!! The whole one ?
