Changing my rating after the change of ownership. This used to be my favorite place, I am very sad about it now tastes different. The fried chicken tastes fine, but the fried tofu is disappointing, they changed the spicy sauce to sweet sauce.
Man was rude. Asked for 2 items to go. He sqiuoshed my rolls into a tiny box that would close and hands me the sauces. I ask for a bag cause the to go box won’t close and I have no where to put the sauces. He’s gives me attitude and says it’s 25 cents for a plastic bag. I order there alot. Never again. Bring back the last. She has good service and is always happy.

I came back here after the change in ownership, and I have to say, if you’ve tried the previous owners’ recipes, you will be disappointed. The most iconic Taiwanese home dish, the ‘Taiwanese braised pork rice,’ is not authentically Taiwanese anymore. I strongly suggest renaming it to just ‘braised pork on rice.’
Firstly, the pork should be a darker brown color, indicating it has been properly braised, but here it was light-colored, suggesting otherwise. The first bite was even worse. The rice was the wrong type—Jasmine rice instead of Penglai or Japanese rice, which is a big no-no. Additionally, the pork had a watery consistency instead of a thicker sauce.
The traditional five spices were entirely absent, leaving just a taste of soy sauce with water and fat. Very disappointing. Given this experience, I have no confidence in trying the other signature dishes…

Tried this place for the first time, had the Taiwanese Beef Noodle. The beef was tender but the soup was bland, not much flavour. Fairly expensive for the small portion.
Great food. Never disappoints!
Been here many many times. They have the best beef noodle soup and crispy chicken in town. My favorite place.
Great service ,fast & friendly ?
Very great experience
The bubble tea is really bad. It is super expensive and just not worth it. I got lemon tea popping boba.

Awesome food here! 10 out of 10.
The boss is very enthusiastic~Food is yummy~
Hurry up, clean your kitchen and open back up. Please, please add deep fried oyster mushrooms to your menu please. I can't wait to try taiwanese food in Alberta as I just moved here from Vancouver. Let's increase the amount of Asian restaurants and people visiting. Let's put Vancouver to shame! I am missing authentic Chinese food as an Asian who just moved here. I'm really missing the food and culture.
This place fulfills my craving for Taiwanese food—a remarkable place with friendly people. The food is spot on! Deep fried tofu was my favorite.
Super delicious! The Taiwanese beef noodle soup is to die for! The crispy chicken and bubble tea were also amazing. ?
