It's difficult to find good Taiwanese beef noodle soup in Calgary so when the new owner changed the recipe I was disappointed. The broth is a lot thinner and less flavourful. Unfortunately there aren't really many options in Calgary so I will still be coming here albeit less frequently.

Customer service sucks. Tried to return spring rolls that I didn’t like and had celery that I am allergic to. And wouldn’t refund me. Out 6 dollars on something I can’t eat. Not even a partial refund. Soup was delicious but will not be going back.

Order a satay pho noodle soup that delicious however the spring rolls where not what I expected, I took one bite and took them back as I find them to be gross and I don’t realize they had celery in them, I I’m allergic to celery and they wouldn’t refund me or even do a partial refund as I only took a bite of one piece.

Not going back.

The guy work was not very nice either.

This place is my go to when I’m craving a taste of Taiwan. My usual is beef noodles, fried chicken (spicy) and a bubble tea, and it's delicious every time. The family running the booth is incredibly friendly! Must try 👍👍

The food is absolutely amazing! The Taiwanese chicken and Vietnamese subs are especially delicious! But with everything made fresh and great pricing it's hard not to indulge in such great food. Definitely swing by and support this family run business.

Changing my rating after the change of ownership. This used to be my favorite place, I am very sad about it now tastes different. The fried chicken tastes fine, but the fried tofu is disappointing, they changed the spicy sauce to sweet sauce.

Man was rude. Asked for 2 items to go. He sqiuoshed my rolls into a tiny box that would close and hands me the sauces. I ask for a bag cause the to go box won’t close and I have no where to put the sauces. He’s gives me attitude and says it’s 25 cents for a plastic bag. I order there alot. Never again. Bring back the last. She has good service and is always happy.

I came back here after the change in ownership, and I have to say, if you’ve tried the previous owners’ recipes, you will be disappointed. The most iconic Taiwanese home dish, the ‘Taiwanese braised pork rice,’ is not authentically Taiwanese anymore. I strongly suggest renaming it to just ‘braised pork on rice.’

Firstly, the pork should be a darker brown color, indicating it has been properly braised, but here it was light-colored, suggesting otherwise. The first bite was even worse. The rice was the wrong type—Jasmine rice instead of Penglai or Japanese rice, which is a big no-no. Additionally, the pork had a watery consistency instead of a thicker sauce.

The traditional five spices were entirely absent, leaving just a taste of soy sauce with water and fat. Very disappointing. Given this experience, I have no confidence in trying the other signature dishes…

Tried this place for the first time, had the Taiwanese Beef Noodle. The beef was tender but the soup was bland, not much flavour. Fairly expensive for the small portion.
